 BHMM Basic Package Example

The Buffalo Homes Basic Package is only recommended for small properties that don’t include amenities. This can include properties like a studio apartment, mobile home, or a small vacant ranch style home of less than 1200sqft.

The package comes with the following:

  • 20 images of the interior and exterior

  • 3 drone images

  • A simple 2D floor plan

We highly recommend that you only purchase the Basic Package if the property is very small. The Standard Package, which is $30 more, comes with complete coverage of interior and exterior photography, complete coverage of drone photography, and a much more detailed 2D floor plan. If the property in question is over 1200sqft, the Standard Package is much better to properly highlight the entire listing.

Our Standard Package gives you everything you need to properly highlight a listing on the MLS. It’s named the Standard Package for a reason; it provides the standard content used when listing a property in 2025.

It offers total photography coverage (that’s interior, exterior, and drone) plus a detailed floor plan. This is the perfect package if you’re not interested in video, but want to show your clients that you’re representing their home well.

Our Drone Package brings a completely different perspective to your listing and helps it stand out. This package is perfect if your listing is in a desirable neighborhood, near any landmarks or attractions, or on a large plot of land. It includes complete interior, exterior, and drone photography coverage, a detailed floor plan, and a 45 - 60 second 4k drone video.

Our Video Package takes your listing to a different level thanks to our 4k Walkthrough Video which beautifully highlights all the best aspects of the property. Drone footage included.

This package is for anyone that wants to incorporate interior videos into their listings. Our videos tend to really impress homeowners and show that you’re going above and beyond when marketing your listings.

Our Commercial Photography Package includes the following:

 

  • Complete photography coverage

  • Complete drone photography

  • Up to 3 hours spent on site

  • A Licensing Agreement that allows usage of all images for an unlimited amount of time

 

Our Commercial Photography Package is perfect for anyone that wants high quality commercial photography at an affordable price without having to worry about licensing rights.

3 hours on site allows us to photograph the vast majority of residential projects, even multiple unit buildings plus amenities.

Example Commercial Photography Package Content

 Instagram Package

Our Instagram Package is meant to give your listing the most amount of views possible through our Instagram marketing.

It includes everything from our Standard Package so you have all the content you need to properly list the house on the MLS, plus content designed specifically for Instagram. By including vertical photos and videos in our collaborative Instagram post, your listing will have the best chance of going viral and engaging with A TON of local buyers.

You’ll receive around 5-6 vertical photos and 5-6 vertical videos, all of which will be included in the same collaborative post on Instagram. The final slide will be a branded image with your name, contact information, and photo of yourself if you’d like. This makes sure you get proper credit as the listing agent if/when the post goes viral.
