The Grid is a $35 million dollar apartment complex that’s brand new to Main Street. Located between Dodge Street and Best Street, the Grid opened up to residents in late 2020. It brings a very sleek design to this booming section of the City and is located on a plot of land that sat empty for over a decade. Now, that empty plot of land has turned into 217 apartments with commercial space on the first floor. A very welcome development for a stretch of Main Street that has been longing for investment.
