Main Street Beauty with Hardwood Features

This Main Street beauty was built in 1900 and many of the original features have remained intact. Totaling roughly 4200 square feet of livable space, 6 bedrooms, and its close proximity to both Canisius and UB, it’s no surprise that this home was split up into several rentals and became housing for college students for a portion of time. Although no significant damage was done to the main features of this home during its college days, a complete restoration was needed to bring it back to life.

When the new owner purchased the property in 2018 he knew that plenty of work was going to need to be done inside. The top priority was restoring the incredible hardwood features run throughout the entire home, which yielded very impressive results. Both living rooms boast coffered ceilings where the restoration work truly shines. The 1st floor has a wildly impressive sunroom just off the living room.

Beautiful coffered ceilings

The hardwood that runs through the entire home continues into this impressive coffered ceiling present in both living rooms.
